  1.  @mitchellgruninger9992  True. Global Navy isn't really mean a stronger Navy than all Regional Navies. UK and France are "Global" whereas India and Japan are not for the sole reason that the former like to look for trouble and the latter only want to defend themselves. But look at the amount of hardware the latter have (and plan to add). You can bet that even in 2050, the latter would still not be called Global Navies despite having much stronger fleets than today.
