  1. I married in a Catholic Church because both my wife’s and my parents were. We are both atheists but did not wish to hurt our parents feelings. Simple. The religious ceremony meant nothing to us.

  2.  @JesusIstheNameTakenInVain  Yes it is significantly better in every regard. Do your research and compare secular countries to religious countries. Secular countries are ahead in everything.
