No scientist or politician has ever suggested they could control the weather, but as we have affected the climate (scientifically proven) it is possible. You comment was just a nonsensical strawman argument.

@dominiclane8538 You misunderstand how science works. You don’t need nor would expect 100% consensus to gain knowledge. Of course there are scientists who doubt the ability of CO2 to warm the atmosphere, as there are people who insist our planet isn’t a globe. It takes all kinds.

@dominiclane8538 I’m sorry but we have known scientifically exactly how greenhouse gases work and their ability to warm the atmosphere since the late 1860s. We have been measuring and monitoring the temperatures and levels of our air and oceans for over 100 years. Happy for you to dispute this, could you cite or reference a peer reviewed scientific paper that supports your argument. Thanks.

@stevelozevski8151 Nice strawman. No immunologist has ever claimed that any vaccine prevents transmission or disease. What the scientific data clearly shows is that the various vaccines reduced the severity of symptoms and the communicability of Covid in come cases by around 68%, but I’m sure you will have an emoji that can argue the factual data.

@andyman8630 I can cite/reference over 25000 peer reviewed published scientific papers that prove your statement incorrect. Even the example of the ozone layer which was severely depleted by our use of chlorofluorocarbons has been reversed by the Montreal agreement. This proves not only that humans affected the atmosphere but that we can also repair it with our actions. You are factually and demonstratively wrong.
