Nothing race based about it. Indigenous people are the rightful original owners of the land as per English common law rights. Why are you making race based?

Medicare services advisory committee 3. Pharmaceutical advisory committee 4. Foreign investment review board 5. Productivity commission 6. Women’s economic equality taskforce 7. National Plan advisory group. Now I could go on but your argument of other voices not being heard is as clearly shown is utterly false, it is as if you are totally ignorant of the subject. For some reason you have decided it is only indigenous Australians who are not allowed a voice. Who is the racist now?

@barryford1482 I’m sorry but you are just factually wrong. You’re probably not Australian so I will explain some history for you. In a High Court ruling 6-1 the court determined that English common law land rights existed for Indigenous people. You can research this, it’s called the “Mabo ruling”. The government then created a piece of legislation called the “Native title act” this gave indigenous peoples the ability through their English common law land rights to claim certain lands provided they show evidence of such. Many indigenous groups have done this successfully through our legal system. I understand you think you are right but you are in fact completely wrong in just about everything you wrote in your reply.

@JasonFoster-mq2vi No you are factually wrong each of those committees reports explicitly to government about their narrow perview. None of those committees represent all Australians. It is as if you didn’t even read or understand the meaning of “women’s economic equality taskforce” that immediately excludes half the population. You completely misunderstand the difference between political representation and constitutional recognition. This is just ignorance on your part. Constitutional recognition is not race based it is culturally and historically based on the indigenous prior ownership of the land. Finally I’m sure you find anything that gives equality to indigenous people racist.

There is only one race of humans currently on this planet, Homo sapiens. Why do you insist on bringing up race as an issue. It is as if you are transfixed on the subject. Weird. You completely misunderstand the High Court rulings in “Mabo” and “Wik” and the “Native title Act”. Your ignorance not mine. Can’t help you there. You eventually go off on some ridiculous strawman argument about the country somehow not being yours. Again read the “Mabo” decision and freehold land title. Again your ignorance not mine. English common law land rights mean your land title is permanently secure. This is just a RWNJ scare tactic. Very immature. Finally it’s as if you haven’t a clue of Australian history or a basic understanding of how Australia was colonised. You need to read a book.
