  4.  @allenjenkins7947  I'm not sure about that. What evidence you have no body took him seriously? It was virtually public policy at the time of federation as aboriginals were made no citizens. The second point is spot on, you only have to read through the comments here to see how alive and healthy racism is in Australia.
