  4.  @DanielSMatthews  You are talking about the administration of remote communities. A voice will specifically advise the parliament on indigenous matters and receive indigenous advice. There are multiple other bodies and and advocacy organisations for non indigenous people so I'm not sure what point you are tying to make. Race has nothing to do with it. A voice will represent a specific cultural group, but I fail to see how an advisory body can be racist if you are just offering an opinion.
