  2.  @domino_dadmp1240  I didn't suggest she would not get her way as you put it. If the majority wish to choose her model then that's the way it works. The original commentary was terrified of an individual opinion, I merely pointed out that was all it is. If you are suggesting many people agree with her well that may or may not be true. Have you a problem with democracy?

  3. I might add also that the Labor governments own proposed wording of the 3 sentence amendment to the constitution does not infer any veto power. It merely states may make representations. 8 legal professors including Ken Hayne and Anne Twomey who are experts in constitutional law agree on this. You are just fear mongering in a desperate attempt to create confusion because you have no argument. There will be no veto power, no legislative capacity, and no financial delegation. It is an advisory body only.
