@sanctifyme4543 LMFAO.

@karenh2737 Sorry I assumed you were Australian as this relates to an Australian census. So in Australia the state governments are responsible for administering education and schools and they 100% fund public schools but do not fund any private or religious schools, so the Federal government funds private and religious schools, Yes it is a little weird but that's the way In works in Australia. There have been attempts at legislation to ensure all children get equal funding depending on circumstances but as you can see from the way things are done here in Australia it's a little difficult. So you can see demographic information greatly aids in these efforts. Hope that clears things up.

This whole conversation is bat shit crazy, you are discussing quotes attributed to someone from a time everyone agrees there is no eye witness account. Whatever was said was passed down through oral tradition for close to 50 years before anything was written down and you lot can't even get together to get that straight I LMFAO reading this exchange.

It is quite sad that I need to explain this. On the question of religion in the census there are several boxs to tick for various religions both Christian and non Christian as well as a no religion box and an other box. The ABS knows which religions are Christian and which are not and when they collate the data and publish it they will be able to give us total number of Christians by adding all the different Christian religions together plus anyone who ticked the other box and wrote in some other Christian religion. There are over 45000 Christian denominations globally did you want the ABS to include every Christian and non Christian religon on the census form? It would be 500 pages thick just for one question. No lefties involved just commonsense.
2
@newlife8318 The fact the ABS requires a census to collate accurate demographic data invalidates your metadata argument.
2
Is it possible they had their tongue in their cheek and were taking the piss.
2
You Christians really need to get together and sort out what your talking about before selling it to the rest of us.
2
In one of the previous census Jedi got about 70000 responses as much as Judaism did.

Ever witnessed a six month old baby girl cough itself to death because you were so self interested you thought you knew all there was about virology, immunology, and vaccines and didn't vaccinate yourself for whopping cough. You are classic Dunning-Kruger.
1
@thehon.antiexperimentaldru3475 It not getting through to you is it. Census returns have traditionally been well into the 90% sometimes returns reach over 95%. Your ranting about fraud, criminals, and terrorists is just pointless whining that in the end will effect nothing. Just tick the wild conspiracy box on page three.

@paulk4737 I have always known right from wrong and never needed to be saved, but thanks anyway, in future I'll stay away from that bible its to confusing.
1
It might be if they need the demographic information to allocate money to religious schools. Think about society not just about yourself or think about your kids future school needs.
1
@paulk4737 Anti- Logan Paul directed me to you as the authority on the bible, and I was wondering my son has been very problematic the last few years and can you give me some ideas on punishments before I have him executed as per Deuteronomy 21 18:21 Thanks.
1
@karenh2737 Just to clarify, that was all tax money state taxs pay for public schools and federal taxes pay for private and religious schools, but the federal money doesn't fully fund the private and religious schools they still have to charge it's just the federal monies make it affordable and still not so in some of the more exclusive ones. My father went to an exclusive private school but he couldn't afford or choose not to send my brothers and me there so we all went to catholic schools that my parents could afford. My kids went to public schools and it didn't cost us a cent I think they got a good education they both have jobs and kids themselves and have never been unemployed, so I can't complain.

Also, sorry I came across a bit snarky in my first reply. My apologies.
1
Completely false, studies overwhelming show on a range of data including Income, wealth, education, crime, life span, distribution of wealth, GDP, the more secular a country is the better it is on all of these measures.
1
Completely false, give me one supposedly Judeo-Christian value that is reflected in modern western culture.
1
@anti-loganpaul7827 So Paul K answer is correct and Jennifer C interpretation is right one and Natalie Turner was wrong. Thanks for sorting that out. Paul K is the authority for the bibles teachings, I can direct my question s to him.
1
@steghuman9063 You answered all I need to know in your second sentence. Thanks.
1
@tjl4688 I respect your opinion on government schools, however for those of us that do care about them and also require hospitals and other infrastructure to be built where we need it, the data provided by the census is invaluable to town planners and demographers for the future of our children and grandchildren. You can tick a box so that your particular census is destroyed once the data has been collected. What is there for you to lose by contributing positively to society?
1
Which Christian values are those theocracy, slavery, blasphemy or stoning people to death?
1
@pmjd42 I will now crawl back into my hole with my poor literacy skills and never disturb you again. English is my second language as I'm Australian.
1
@pmjd42 OK now your just being cruel, you crushed what I thought of my reading ability and now you have so savagely mocked me I feel I have so little worth left all I can do is go and watch of Alan Jones on Skynews to get betterest at ritting and reeding.
1
@missinterpreted4923 I'm not sure you have a proper understanding of how advanced societies function. Even with the most basic of understanding surely you would realise that one of the effects of the current pandemic is we have worked out we can in significant numbers work from home and as a result of that there has been a shift in the population to regional areas. I mean this isn't really hard and the census accurately captures this information so governments can plan to perhaps build an extra schools where required. Yes the government knows this already from previous census and that information needs updating I mean this is really basic stuff.
1
Do you think she might have just been taking the piss out of MSM religion
1
Yep and they can use it to work out where we need schools and hospitals built and why people in Glenwood seem to earn less than people in Woollahra, because we can't.
1
That's clever and deny us the demographic information needed to know where to build schools for our kids and hospitals for the sick. Thanks for being such a helpful member of society.
1
Tick other
1
Damn that pesky scientism always annoying us with indisputable facts. It so much more fun to just imagine and make stuff up.
1
@BlackbirdArtandDesign We have original copies of Paul's letters as I understand and he admits in those letters to having never met Jesus. All the gospels were written in Koine Greek 70 to 150 BCE 40 to 100 years after his alleged death and are by there own admission not eye witness accounts. Just the facts.
1
@BlackbirdArtandDesign The gospels are all unattributed, the names put to them were by the church leaders in the 2nd or 3rd century I can't remember exactly. As you can see just from the comments here, which is in some respects is microcosm of Christianity someone is calling you a deceiver, and you are all reading the bible. To me this is all very confusing. Would not a truely all powerful god made the message clear.
1
So your idea is to deny us the demographic information needed to plan where to build our future schools and hospitals. That's clever.
1
That's fine the ABS has a quality assurance team and algorithms that they use to include the low information demographic that don't return the census.
1
@paulk4737 Thanks for that you're a good person.
