  2.  @HDHQDIRECT  Just a basic understanding of human physiology shows the brain isn’t fully developed till your mid twenties. This is why children are so easily influenced and most often are risk takers. This is obviously not to condone his actions which are obviously appalling, but just to give an understanding. I’m not sure what point you were making but it was pretty much nonsensical.
