A moderate increase to the GST with significant changes to the progressive tax system so those earning over $180000 to be taxed more heavily to help offset the regressive nature to the less well off a GST increase would cause. Death and inheritance tax's, and nobody is getting a tax refund cheque on thier superannuation dividends. Company tax reform so it to is progressive. I see no reason why a small business making less than a million pays the same flat rate of tax as Fortescue mining making billions. Capital gain tax reform as well.

  12.  @alexpalmer776  So the current ADF budget is $48.6 billion which is 2.11% of GDP and a 7.4% increase from 21-22. Your 700 million here and 4 billion there ain't going to cut it, you need to find another $25 billion from the budget.

  19. The ADF is currently acquiring land based missiles, the navy and Air Force has had them for 50 years. All three services currently use drones, WTF are you talking about.

  20.  @setildes  The RAAF will have LRASM and JASSM ER in 2 years. This gives us a 2500km land strike capability. This is a strategic capability. The Collins class are to receive a LOTE including Tomahawk missiles with a range of 2400km. So the items you called for are already being procured.
