Does this commentator understand the difference between a constitutionally recognised voice and a Treaty? It appears they don’t.

@Sir-Cuntington Well that’s simple. One is a negotiated agreement between two or more parties and the other is a constitutionally enshrined advisory body. Are you seriously suggesting that you needed that explained?

@Sir-Cuntington No I think you are flying completely in the dark without a clue as to your direction. Again by definition a treaty is a negotiated settlement if we the non-indigenous don't agree there will be no treaty. Again this is simple stuff.
