@davidbwn All I know is that the one place in the world where PWRs are being built in substantial amounts is China and they are heavily subsidised by the government. In France EDF is in debt €60 billion as the French government subsidises nuclear power. In Korea electricity is cheap because the government subsidies the nuclear energy, and in the US federal and state subsidises are required to enable nuclear power to compete against renewables.

@DJ-yj1vg Are you seriously suggesting a nuclear powered electricity industry in would require zero government subsidies. I’d like to see that.

@davidbwn Jeez I didn't mean to upset you. It is just YouTube comments, if you can't accept criticism or a different view don't post a comment. You would probably be a happier calmer person for it.
