  1. I was at a gathering of soldiers at Holsworthy to listen to an address by the then CDF Augus Huston years ago. He was asked by a soldier what are the chances of retention bonuses being brought back in. Huston literally laughed at the suggestion and said if he took that to government he would be laughed out of the room. I can’t remember what year it was, maybe late middle to late 2000s.

  4.  @VK6AB-  Yes I agree I wasn’t arguing with you as your statement was correct. I was just pointing out that some healthcare is managed at federal level.
