  1. Who is and how are we going to pay for the complete restructuring of the Australian economy the the extra monies required to the defence budget to effect the change Bolt calls for. I can only assume he would be happy to hand over 60% of his income to tax.

  2. I would like to hear exactly what Mr Bolt thinks the ADF needs to ward off the Chinese Military. It is piss easy to say what we have is not enough or not the right mix any dope can do that! explain to us clearly what we need.

  3. Could Mr Bolt point out where in the last 120 years the ADF has failed to defend Australia. In 1939 when the threat was significantly greater than it is now there were only a couple of thousand regular army soldiers and as I understand from my history readings we seemed to pull through that war reasonably successfully. This is just straight out fear mongering.

  4. @Innocent Bystander China does not have the amphibious capability to invade Australia. Taiwan has only about 4 or 5 locations suitable for an amphibious attack all of which are heavily defended. On top of an attack on either Australia or Taiwan that would have any hope of success the Chinese would first have to first neutralise the US Navy. I could go into the intricacies of all this but you have alluded to them in your comment. Yes Andrew Bolt hasn't got a clue about what he is talking about. He should stick to commenting on, actually I'm not sure if he knows enough about anything to comment publicly at all.
