Would that be like specifically including 3 sections into your constitution that exclude indigenous people and either make them noncitizens or second class citizens. Tell me roughly in approximate numbers how many indigenous people were included in the debates, discussions, and referendum consolations prior to the writing of the constitution and referendums on federation. Just a rough number no need to be super accurate.
