No hyperbole there.

@matthewpetherick921 And that is the very best reason I have heard for voting no. At last someone who is honest.

It has been quite clearly explained on multiple occasions.

You don’t really understand how confidential advice to cabinet works do you?
1
Who called you racist? And secondly the wording is quite explicit and in no way ambiguous. So what is the real reason you are voting no?
1
Can you cite one explicit example of anyone saying that. Provide a reference.

@buildmotosykletist1987 I’m not sure you understand words or sentence structure in english. I understand from her words that’s what you took from it and I’m certainly not denying what she said, but and it’s a big but, suggesting a no vote will empower racists, which I agree it probably will, is not saying if you vote no you are a racist. She most definitely did not say if you vote no you are are racist. The English language is so popular and wonderfull because of this ability. This question wasn’t directed as you but as you have decided to respond I again ask cite a specific example where someone has argued explicitly with the words you are a racist if you vote no, not a no vote will empower racists as they are clearly two different sentences with two clearly different meanings.

@buildmotosykletist1987 OK I have accepted your challenge and will now spend the next hour scrolling through the internet in search of Alvo calling a no voter a racist.

@buildmotosykletist1987 Right so that was torturous as you can imagine, having to listen through upteen Albo speech’s about the voice and reading news articles one after the other. So it that regard you win, you have had fun at my expense. However I could not find a single word or shred of evidence of Albo calling anyone a racist for voting no to the referendum. There are heaps of news articles claiming he did but they are all unsubstantiated and provide no evidence. The only thing I found that came close was a private conversation between Albo and Mark Latham that Latham claims took place in 2000 where Albo claimed people in Sydney’s Western suburbs were racists. Albo denies this conversation so it’s a bit he said she said, and it wasn’t about the voice. Once again provide actual evidence of your claim otherwise I can dismiss it as unsubstantiated rubbish. Surely you can see the logic in this decision.
