  3. That’s right, all that’s in the way is, legislation, time, cost, experience and expertise. Yeah no reason at all.

  4. @buildmotosykletist1987  That average is construction time over the last 50 years. As of late average construction times have pushed out, hence why I put a date on it. If we ever do start building PWR I hope you are right with your endlessly hopeful and optimistic time frame.
