  3.  @chuckmaddison2924  Some mildly intellectual and physically disabled people I know are fantastic employees, they work hard and are incredibly loyal. Many people suffer back injuries and continue to work productively, some can’t. Have you ever suffered from severe back pain? It can be unbearable.
