Factually incorrect. Returns from remote polling in WA, NT, and Queensland confirm indigenous people voted overwhelmingly in favour of the voice in some polling booths as high as 90%.

@redplanet7163 No, your comment is wrong. A simple look at the returns from the polling booths in remote and rural Australia where there is a large proportion of indigenous Australians reveals the facts. This data is easily accessible from the AEC website.

This data is easily accessible from the AEC website and shows the vast majority of indigenous people in remote locations voted yes. Not my opinion just statistical fact.

@redplanet7163 Here are some examples of remote polling locations where indigenous people are more than 50% of the overall population and the results. Mornington island 79% yes Wadeye 92% yes Lockhart River 66% yes Palm island 75% yes Tiwi islands 84% yes Maningrida 88% yes Just stating the facts.

@redplanet7163 I completely agree that the referendum failed hopelessly. All I was pointing out was that the vast majority of aboriginal people in remote Australia clearly voted yes as they obviously wanted a voice. Your initial claim was wrong.
