It was Toronto Police led by Chief "Bill Blair" that were responsible for Policing the G20 and the largest mass arrests of peaceful protesters in Canadian history. Bill Blair has the unique distinction of being involved in the illegal arrests (kettling)at the 2010 G20 "and" the illegal use of the Emergencies Act in 2022.

  7.  @The28Ukey  Ford is one of the few Premiers who supported Trudeau using the Emergencies Act. Ford sent Ontario resourses to Ottawa including the OPP. The Ottawa and Ford Governments participated in freezing convoy Go Fund Me money. Ford didn't testify at the inquiry because the Commissioner couldn't compell him too. During the pandemic Ford issued orders for the OPP to stop and charge people who appeared to be away from their residence an order that the Police refused to enforce. Ford just like Trudeau plays fast and loose with Charter Rights.
