Kawaiihamster, The fact that women get r*ped in parts of the world where women are required to be covered from head to toe, just goes to show that it has very little to do with what a woman is wearing so much as it is a reflection of the culture within a society that dictates a woman's value - or the lack thereof, as the case may be. In those parts of the world women are blamed for rape just because they are women. But the 'blame the victim' mentality associated with rape, is still alive, even in this day and age, unfortunately.
