Its May 1942 and the Allies have decided to try a "Kantai Kessen" style battle on one of the Axis navies to try and shut down one of the three Naval theaters (Atlantic, Pacific and Med), assuming the Axis could be convinced to come out, which Axis Navy and Theater would the Allies have been best served by closeing down?
