  1. The problem is not borrowing from China.The problem is, they are borrowing from who ever has money. Is there a good option? NO, Western countries use your money, and put you into debts, from your own money(billions and billions of Dollars that African leaders keep in the West). China is cheap, yes, but they respect commitments, they build and they are hardworkers too. The West does not respect commitments, and as soon they see that you are able to pay back, they change the law, collapse your currency, then the interest- rate -clock start all over again from Zero. Everybody borrows, and its acceptable in the modern economy; you cannot survive without debts. Trust me Bill Gates has loans, because you have to.
