  12. India has more to gain being friend of China than being friend of the US. They are neighbors. Your neighbors are your families. USA or the West are far from that region, and watch carefully this scenario and this reality. The US never fights directly vs his opponents. It uses proxy countries to fight for them, and when both countries in war get tired or run of guns then the US shows up as heroes.
