  1.  @thehenge1  and remember, Asian countries are biggest supporter of Africa(just like any rich country, they cannot let the US and Europe have full control of Africa resources, they need that too). Up to Africa now to sell its raw materials well and translate them into paper money.

  2.  @thehenge1  It is not only the financial contribution, Africa has wealth, but that wealth has been taken hostage by the Western corporations. As a matter of fact Africa has built the West, starting from slavery to raw materials. Another real fact is Modi wants AU to be part of G21 is its security. The West fears any emerging country. Remember, Russia is not a threat. The population of Russia is not significant. The threat comes from both China and India, so India wants to use Africa to protect himself when it comes to voting power. How the West will survive if India, China start collecting African raw materials? Its something the West is not happy about, so once they finish with Russia, then they will tackle China and India. They are just fighting one war at a time. U remember in the 90's when the West started putting pressure on Japan to be part of RICH Countries? well it was to destroy the Japanese economy and since then Japan never has managed to put surplus on its economy. The West also recently pushed China to be part of the Western country, because they are rich now, but China kept saying, NO. We are not that rich. so what is the catch becoming a western country? The USA become your boss. Including Africa in the G21, means more power to the world economic arena. It is not about financial contribution. Africa assets: gold, oil, diamond, Zinc, uranium, Colt ran etc...They just need to be organized and have a voice.
