  3.  @reinforcedpenisstem  you’d have to prove it was ever “advertised” as such; a verbal assurance doesn’t count. Twitter never “advertised” itself in the manner Musk suggests, and provided everything AND MORE Musk asked for… AFTER Musk did the equivalent of closing on the house. He’s trying to get out of paying the mortgage at this point.
