Very little changed from 2017 until the bottom fell out. https://www.bls.gov/charts/employment-situation/civilian-labor-force-participation-rate.htm Not to mention that "the greatest economy ever" was so weak and unstable that it only took about two weeks and the flu to send it into the crapper.
