  1. He's in bad health. The stress of him being indited would give him a fatal heart attack. There is no way that he would live though a trial let alone long enough to see a verdict. He's damn near 80, high stress, morbidly obese, lives on fast food, and is practically inactive. To say that he's on borrowed time is one hell of an understatement.

  3. Somebody needs to put living and breathing mods on here to "hide" the spam bots from the channel. It's annoying and out of control, yet could be taken care of in less than one minute.
