  1. There's nothing wrong with being drunk. Trying to overthrow a free and fair election, on the other hand...not so much.

  2.  @LadyWhinesalot  Yes, but the POTUS was stupid enough to take his advice. That's a much bigger issue IMHO. Don't get me wrong as I'm not making excuses for Giuliani. It couldn't be more obvious that he's not playing with a full deck, so I can't really see how him being drunk at the time would have made any real difference. The problem isn't/wasn't Giuliani nor him being drunk, it's that anyone (let alone a POTUS) would/did listen to him in the first place.
