  1. 1) the entity behind the curtain literally controls who will be on the ballot, so the idea of the general population being permitted to "vote" for a pre-selected group of people, being anything other than rigged, would be incorrect. 2) Voting is and always has been an illusion of choice to gain compliance, comraderie, and enstil a sense of control among a population. It's amazing how a scam such as voting is just as ripe as it was during its inception. This scam, and it is a scam, among many scams and deception, could arguably be necessary for maintaining a civilized society. Most of us have told a lie to keep things level, and it very well could be that manipulation/brainwashing is crucial among large populations to keep a functioning society. Though I am not totally convinced and feel these deceptive acts only delay the inevitable, the total collapse of a civilization. It could all be in the framework of the ones who really control the general population. Or cattle as I refer to us. Because that's what you and I are. Cattle. Who knows, maybe it's necessary just as it's necessary for us to keep cattle for sustenance. We very well could be unwittingly farmed to produce something of value, perhaps our innovative capabilities as a species, or simply to multiply and to experience. After all, humans are conscious beings and therefore intimately linked into the very existence of reality, and without us, there would just be an infinite amount of possibilities with nothing definite ever happening. Is our species inherently prone to anarchy and violence? Would the power of suggestion, indoctrination, manipulation, and brainwashing be justified? Or are we being manipulated simply for control? To be slaves? One thing for certain is you never hear a herder ask their sheep to choose their next herder, and even if they did, it would make zero difference. We may as well be voting between Coca-Cola and Pepsi, hoping our "side" saves us from diabetes if we continue to indulge.
