  2. DR Horton/Taber/Lennar have completely taken over Yukon/Mustang, OK. Selling these cheap made homes at top prices to families is maddening.

  3. 300,000+ for a new home isn't cheap. Before 2020 in my area you could work with a builder and buy a custom home at that price.
