If people already weren't paying their mortgages even with govt subsidies, wages, and plentiful jobs..how many people behind on their payments will gamble with the government that they'll once again stop foreclosure instead of selling before foreclosure? Pre-pandemic I wouldn't have thought this was a possibility, but Americans entitlements have really been warped by COVID housing interventions!
