  1. Dalio is a compromised observer. He transparently states elsewhere that he is heavily invested in CCP China. His assets there are subject to confiscation if he offends the CCP regime. Therefore his observations cannot be thought to be objective or trusted, but rather only what the CCP state propoganda organ allows. But Ian did a good point of listening and allowed Ray to make his 3 key points clearly.
