Haha yeah I've been there man. In the early days I would sit in my room for months working away, family and friends would say stuff like "we're concerned, you're wasting your life" like it mattered what I was doing at 21 anyway. If I had gone and got drunk all weekend they would have been happy, strange world. It's like the Matrix man, some people will always be caught in the web. Sex, marriage, a job, bills, it's all pointless when you dig deep enough. They're all bonuses, the only thing that matters is freedom. Freedom creates fulfilment, happiness, choices, etc. My Dad always tells me life is for living, I always respond by saying, "You can't live until you create a situation to do so" 10 years sacrificed, means at 36 you're sat on a beach on a Monday morning with a model making more in passive income than a dedicated employee will in a month. Same is true for daily tasks. You can't live when you have washing, cleaning, cooking and stuff to do. Getting rich allows you to hire a chef and a cleaner and spend more time living. I swear trust in me man I figured this life shit out years ago, everyone is living backwards

Thanks for sharing and huge congratulations on your child man, really happy for you. Life is rough to begin with for those of us who grew up already behind. People like us have to work hard for 10 years just to get to where luckier people started. Good thing is it makes you tough and driven. The fact you are where you are right now, want more and haven't lost enthusiasm is a blessing, you've finally made it to the starters line, some people were born here, but you play the cards you're dealt right. My biggest advice coming from someone who was living in expensive London is; Can you move somewhere cheaper? Moving somewhere cheaper is 1000% easier than making more money because it's relatively instant. I appreciate you want to give your new family the best possible live however; I was living in London paying around £2000 in bills per month, saw a potential 2nd lockdown coming and said fuck it, at 28 (today) I'm living in my Mum's garage where I've built an office and a gym so I can grind all winter with £132 per month bills. I have zero shame telling anyone too because I have enough money to live in a £4k per month London penthouse but choose not to. I'm focused on being 36 years old, streaming platform built, opening my first chain of 1stman gyms. Ask yourself this question; If it's possible to move, what would you rather; A life where you're working every hour and can't see your child just so you can live in a nicer house. Or live in a cheaper place/city, but have spare money and time which in turn will give your child and wife a better life in the long term? The entire game isn't how much you earn, it's how much you have left after outgoings. You can always move back once things are easier

@ohsweatbret you're a clown kid. This firstly has nothing to do with women, it's about men avoiding porn and masturbation, you just wanted to sound like the man and belittle me. Secondly there's studies to back my side up, yours is just opinion/personal experience which means nothing and is very self-centred when speaking about the global male population. Having sex reguarly with 3's and 4's is nothing to write home about, I could watch porn all day long and land an average wife, means nothing to me. But in order to become a top level man, you can't be masturbating/watching porn. I can tell you're an arrogant young kid who's slept with a handful of local women and now thinks he knows everything about the world "you have a terrible idea of women my man" I'm sorry who are you? There's levels to this game, I've been where you are, I've done the whole sleeping with 30 women in a month shit, drop the ego, especially when you arrive on my channel. Also I'm not "selling" anything NoFap related, I'm the most authentic person on YouTube, humble yourself

Average day is;
6am wake up, eat, head to the gym
7am to 8.30am gym
8.30am - 9am eat again
Sit at my desk for 9am and create a tasklist for that day, 5 things at most with 3 priorities
9am - 4pm I work with a 1 hour lunch break, this might include creating content, editing, creating snippets, researching content ideas, sharing content, packaging and dropping off supplements could be involved
4pm - 6pm I take an extended break to relax, eat, make notes, might watch a few YT videos for current events Fury vs Wilder weigh in for example
6pm - 10pm I reply to emails, comments, etc, I work on things like the upcoming release of the men's boxers, the creatine supplement, streaming platform ideas/design work/speak with coders etc, crypto research, all the fun things that require less energy/willpower
10pm - 11pm I'll do something entertainment based/completely unrelated to work, usually asleep by 11pm and back up at 6am, same on weekends
Not wildly exciting, just a necessary 2 year process before everything gets crazy. Consistency really is key with my daily routines right now, doing the same things day after day for an extended period of time until the path opens up to expand

Hey Jorge, thank you for sharing that with me buddy. Firstly yes this is all normal young man shit. Now you've recognised the issues it's time to change. You need two changes in your life, a daily structure and I mean daily. I'm like you, if I have a few days out of schedule I start seeing cracks appear, I honestly cannot take a single day off. Write down your daily structure and be consistant. Secondly focus on getting your testosterone levels up, I've done a full article on this on the website. Letting your ex back in a few times is a mentality weakness built off scarcity. Getting your T levels up will change the way you think and feel about yourself. Fuck her off please for me, cheating bitch, go single and focus on you. Become a selfish cunt Jorge, become ruthless, stop being a pushover my friend. I feel like you needed this, all love man

Don't end it man, getting through these moments is what makes you great. The struggle is a part of the male journey it's unavoidable. Those that get through it and can thrive in those bad times will come out the otherside as top level men. Me and this whole community are with you man don't ever forget that, you have 152k brothers here. I feel negative and depressed at least once per day about something business related etc. For example today is 2 years since my Dad died, I've learnt how to wipe my mind clear and reset. Good, bad, bored, happy, pleasure, it's all the same, the skill is managing your emotions during the moment and realising it's temporary, stay focused on the long term, keep looking straight forward I'll meet you at the finishing line

Minimalism - firstly love it, I do it myself. However I think the idea is now bordering on homelessness as people take it to new extremes. The guys who started it simply realised they had too much stuff. There's nothing wrong with getting rich and having a nice apartment or a nice car, both have a purpose, fill a need and add value to your life. The problems arrive when your home has 40 knives all for cutting different textures, or a baking tray for that 1 day per year when you MIGHT feel like cooking brownies. For your car it might be snow tires in the boot but you live in Cali or heated seats thrown in for an extra $5k. People just hoard shit or buy stuff they don't need just to say they have it. I do actually think when it comes to houses - 7 bedrooms is pointless when you can only sleep in 1 right. But if you were to buy an apartment with 1 bedroom a small kitchen and small bathroom, but it had a giant balcony, living area, pool, games room and office, then your life would be better. That house would enable family meals, parties, time with friends, etc. It's about purpose.

Jordan! That's kind words man, real big praise I appreciate it. Still 24? With your mentality, that's a dangerous man in the making! 100% society always tells us beautiful women are hollow, expensive cars are stupid and so on, yet married men with kids are the only unhappy ones I see. Yeah absolutely - the crypto side of 1STMAN is something I work on at least once per week. There will be fan tokens which will give exclusive rights and content - ie; early release, bts content, opportunity to win props, meet and greets with the actors, ability to rate content etc - these you guys can buy and then sell for more/enjoy for yourself. Secondly I'd like to do shares/but in a crypto like fashion - coins would kind of work, but i'd like to do it so you guys are part owners. If anything ever happened to me, instead of GQ buying 1STMAN the community would own it. I'm currently working on a men's lifestyle NFT idea I can reveal tomorrow, I think it's really cool, hopefully you guys do too - it'll be a great opportunity for you guys to make money too

Appreciate it Jamie. Haha yeah I can imagine to a Mother my content isn't too welcoming. I completely understand and your Mother only wants what's best for you, she doesn't want you to go down a silly path follow some guy on the internets advice right? Every Mum wants their Son to get married, have kids, get a safe job etc I complete get it, but where I'm trying to push you, 99% of people will never go, therefore it's hard to comprehend. Someone in your family tree has to break the mold at some point, there's breeders and gamechangers, are you living for your kids, so they can pick up the baton and have a better life than you? Because it's very likely they'll waste it too and pass on the baton to their kids. Do you want to be the guy in your family tree who says I'm changing our financial situation, our history, etc by improving my own life, or do you want to settle for realistic and be like every body else? There's plenty of women out there looking for average Joe, it's very easy to go down that path, greatness takes years of sacrifice on a very very lonely road that no one will ever understand or appreciate once you've made it. Decision is yours!

It's growing for sure, I'm happy for anyone to join the community as long as they understand the male perspective. 100% Anamarie, you only get one life, don't try and turn a boy into a man, find a ready made man with the right mentality. I'm always shocked at how women seek men. So many, of course not all, will look for a man with nice shoes, car, suit etc as the greenlight. If I were a woman I would find a man who's ridiculously ambitious and dresses like shit/doesn't drive, re-invests every penny and has the mind of a 40 year old man at 25. I think this guy respects you for loving him when he was broke and goes on to become great with you as an equal, rather than seeing you as just another woman who also finds him attractive once he's made it

Thanks Lewis, that's very kind of you. 100% great question: When you expect you do two things, 1. stop working for the love of your craft. 2. You change your approach. Expecting results makes people frustrated and bitter, "why did he blow up when I've been doing this twice as long, his content is terrible" bla, bla, bla. Keep your head down, focus on the customer, the user, the product, the service. The moment you focus on profits or expectations, you start to make short term decisions such as lets release this early because "I want a new car I deserve it I've been doing this long enough". Plus nothing is guarenteed. This generation and especially the next have all grown up with expectations, they think they're owed something - Like Brad Pitt said in fight club; "We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars, but we won't. We're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off" You could work for 10 years and do everything right and still not make it, who saw Covid coming? I was 2 months away from starting filming for the streaming platform. But I didn't get pissed, just figured that's life. If you expect you become reactive and desperate. If you work with no expectations you become agile and proactive during times of change and uncertainty

Good question. My strategy is 3 things at once as main focuses. There's standard daily things like sleep 8 hours or eating clean that should be standard. But you can't for example start a business, get in ridiculous shape, have a GF and start a business it's too much, one has to go. Pick 3 per year and have what I define as seasons. Winter was success season and my summer was fitness season. I gave a huge focus to 1 of the 3 at different times. Then 1 year on, stop evaluate and plan the next year. For me, fitness, success, investments, can't go far wrong with these at a young age. At 50 mine might be my family, life experiences and gym maintenance, but for now, gym, success and investments makes more sense

So, without money everything takes longer. Car, house, girlfriend, haircut, new suit, expensive aftershave, grooming products, holidays etc, this might take the average person years to achieve, maybe decades. If man A takes 12 years to achieve all of this from a 9 to 5 job and man B takes 12 years to build a successful business. Then man B can buy everything man A has within 1 month, but will have the advantage of still being rich afterwards. Man A will have nice stuff, but will have nothing left financially, this man will still have to put in a decade or more now to achieve the same success as man B. Tick the success box first, then everything else can fall into place in a very short space of time.

@girlbotTV I don't put down 30 year old women, I just speak facts on the difference in male and female timelines. One thing women tend to forget and don't appreciate until they have Sons themselves is; Our lives suck really badly until we put success, money, assets etc on the table, build up a masculine frame, confidence, status and so on. Women will abuse their power in the early days "their prime" from 16-26 and we suffer via rejection, humiliation, heart breaks and so on. Women can experience this too but not as badly as men due to the simple fact everyone wants a young beautiful woman, nobody wants a young broke, spotty, skinny man. Our best years are from 28-50 we have to sacrifice in our teens and 20's in order to reach these years, and when we do the power shift occurs. I'm currently 29 and in the power switch years, there's alot of very confused women 26-32 who are for the first time realising that men like me are no longer interested and they get very bitter/have a hard time wrapping their head around why nothing comes easy anymore. I always say "it's not womens fault" being given beauty at 16 is like being given £1m for a man at 16, chaos comes next. If at 30 that man's broke, it would be so hard for him to comprehend that he now has to work to get that life back. The same is true with women. I don't put women down I have a lot of respect for women and in fact give to many female charities, however there's a reason suicide is the biggest killer of young men and climbing, factual videos like this are keeping many of my guys from doing something silly and I'm proud of that fact. Any subs reading this please show this woman respect as many "fake bait" accounts are posting messages like this in an attempt to trigger and get us taken down, but we're far too classy for that

Micro-dosing TRT isn't dangerous and "I doubt" isn't a good argument for me. I have about 30 pieces of evidence, there are experts who will say the same. You have to think right Wilzy, if one person does it - everyone who wants to compete then has to do the same. I use to play pro football, everyone in that changing room was taking something and that was conference level, never mind top of the game. Donating blood is easy, all you have to do is take a substance that lasts 24 hours or 3 hours. There's PED's that you can use before kick off and by the 90th minute they're out of your system. The drug tests are also a joke, they're basic blood tests, they will not pick up on 90% of stuff you can take. Not to mention pre-season/off season, players have 3 months taking what they want and are not subject to testing. Ronaldo takes a holiday to Portugal, has 3 months doing whatever he wants, no ones coming to test him. Messi took HGH for growth, that's still a steroid. Xavi admitted on TV to taking HGH for recovery - he didn't realise it was illegal. Guardiola was banned as a player for testing hot for Nandrolone twice. Look at Bale's body transformation the moment he arrived in Madrid, then started getting migraines due to light sensitivity, that's a symptom of EPO. I get he's your idol, it happened to me years ago, I realised my entire life was a lie and every sports star was taking something, but like I said if one does it, everyone else is forced to in order to keep up. If your football is semi-pro I personally would quit. It's fun, but at 30 you'll look back and wonder why you gave your youth to someone else's cause and didn't benefit financially. I'd rather be the jacked 30 year old in a cafe in Paris with a 10, than the top goalscorer at some semi-pro local team that everyone within a 5 mile radius loves

Yeah a few controversial moments, The reason I personally believe that outlier males rank above your average rich guys, or that 10's would rather have an outlier male, is because the majority of rich guys only have money and ambition. Whereas an outlier male is good looking, wealthy, funny, in great shape, has good assets, just well rounded. If lets say an obese billionaire decided to get in shape and become super healthy, then they would become an outlier male. Elon Musk for example with a male model body is likely the most attractive man on the planet due to everything else he brings to the table. He already is an outlier male due to his collective traits, the appearance would simply take him over the edge. I agree there's plenty of women who date/marry for clout, but when they find the full package they rarely let it go. Don't forget an outlier male will still be earning minimum 250k per year and above, they could also be a multi-millionaire. I feel like at somepoint rich becomes enough for a lot of women. Like 5 holiday homes, giant actual home, 10 million in the bank and 8 holidays per year. That kind of life setup is golden to a 10 working a desk job who's clock watching everyday or who know's her modelling career has a 10 year window

Yeah 100% sport does lift entire communities, look at South Africa. Although I agree that as a collective people benefit spiritually and mentally, personally each individual loses more than they gain. I went roughly 19 years being a die hard Man City fan, losing every week. Finally we started to win trophies and I must admit it just isn't the same anymore. It's fun, but it's not a matter of life or death like it used to be. What opened my eyes was losing it the following year and everyone going back to calling us shit. I realised then that it's all temporary, and whilst I had been supporting the team, my life hadn't really gone anywhere fast, yet the players I grew up supporting were all retired millionaires. I do agree with you that you don't have to spend a lot, but Premier League tickets are like £50, and then you have food, travel, etc. It's easily a £100 day just for yourself.

Haha the weather sucks but I love it, not sure why but I'm a winter guy. I've never found it dangerous personally, I just love the energy. Who knows, I might do a year for 2 and want to move somewhere else. But for now it enables me to purchase a 1M location for podcasts, meetings, networking, workstation, seminars, events, workshops etc for you guys, live there and meet more and more of you. After the 1M House event I've just got a real desire to do as many in-person events as possible

Not weird at all, I have men that I get inspired by every day. 100% we're organise something I don't charge for my time or anything like that so don't worry.
I love the position you're in right now, huge potential. You're clearly smart due to your education and self-aware enough to ask the right questions this is a huge plus. My next steps for you would be;
Work for 2-3 years in a big company. Work 2-3 years in a small company (any industry). People say to work in the industry you want to go into but this isn't always a good idea as you become a clone. This will give you experience of the top and the struggle at the bottom. Marketing, sales, HR everything is different in a small company compared to a big one and vice versa.
During this 6 year period, start a company that......1. You're good at 2. You enjoy 3. Has huge earning potential. Like don't be those people who claim to be the next bill gates and they've just started a custom birthday cake company or their own hedge trimming company there's no money there. I picked clothing, streaming platform and eventually gym because all 3 are billion/trillion dollar industries.
Next save every penny you can from your job/s. Work every hour possible including lunchtimes and be patient. Give yourself 6 years. This isn't 6 years to succeed or be a millionaire by 30, that shit never works, this is 6 years to figure out the eventual direction of the company. I started 1stman/msicollege around 21/22 years old. I sit here today after 6 years of working every day and have only just figured out the indentity, revenue streams, ethos, marketing etc. Spend 6 years testing, learning and pivoting.
28 seems to be a good age too. Everyone I know who's successful saw the first real signs at 28. My old mentor went from broke to £30k per month at 28 and everything changed overnight, but this was after 5 years of patience and daily grind.

I love the late bloomer concept, I'll do a video actually. TBF I wasn't a late bloomer, I was actually the popular kid who was good at sport and got the girls. However around 16, I got spotty, started to look ugly, realised I was skinny, couldn't get girls, got injured around 18 which ruined my football career, lost my best friend in a car accident, lost my girlfriend and lost my hair to complete the set. At that point I decided to turn it all around, which is where this business started. I didn't want to become the guy who's life was never as good as his school years. The feeling of seeing guys like yourself rise up and take the throne motivated me so much, while I was ruining my life they were in the gym and eating clean, I was hungover playing video games, I knew I had to work to get things back

Focus on the money you don't spend, it's more important than having £100k per year wage. Learn and become hyperaware, study everything, watch every video, just put together a widespread knowledge base and become an expert generalist. Focus on form in the gym, get used to movements, diet, recovery etc. You have years to waste, so make as many mistakes early on as possible by having a go at everything. Stay debt free too and make decisions for the long term. The most important thing you can know at 15 is that 35 is ridiculously young, believe me you'll feel like a baby when you get there, so plan 20 years ahead you won't regret it

And this is why F&F will be banned, everything I do has a purpose, I'm 10 years ahead, no one takes them seriously, once their YT money fizzles out they'll fade away, the real world doesn't accept them they can't make the switch. Longevity is the only game I'm in. I'm a legit successful entrepreneur with 6 years of experience in finance prior, F&F and all these fake guru bums with larger audiences started podcasts and YT channels at 21, have never had real jobs, have zero life experience, made all their money from YT ad revenue and now teach other men how to become "high level" that doesn't make sense. I'm the only one without ads on my channel. In short please don't ever compare me to boys I could wipe out in 10 seconds collectively and who don't actually have real businesses, they're children to a man like me who make money from bullying uneducated women

There's no need to say; "probably much better that the ones you ever dream off" that's just ego talking/a rush of blood to the head. From my experience, you cannot pay bills or pay for baby food with confidence. Women want to know that life is secured. The lack of stress they feel knowing everything is taken care of keeps them young. Of course you can attract women without wealth, but until someone experiences the difference it's impossible to comment on. Wealthy men get more women and far more attractive ones. Most guys believe a 7 is a 10 because they haven't been around 10's, not saying this is you, but I see this a lot. The added wealth will grant you access to venues where it's models only etc. "I have traveled the world and accomplished many things in life that’s my success, that’s feeling successful, that’s confidence" this is fantastic and it certainly makes you a better man, but that's your personal currency of valuation. It's like trying to use Euro's in India. You might be confident and happy in your own personal success, but that's an opinion. If women would prefer a successful man in terms of monetary value, then you're playing the wrong game. Elon Musk for example has zero confidence yet dates models. I also believe 6 figures is effortlessly achievable for everyone on planet Earth. It's only £11.40 per hour. Just watch the ego, no ones better than anyone else just because they're not worried about money, just as someone who's richer isn't better than someone who's homeless. I feel like the spiritual route is taken as a get out of jail card for denial of failure

The shipping is quick I get all mine in like 2 days as have 16k other people in the last 12 months. The issue is when someones address doesn't get recognised by the system. It's hard for me to check like 500 new orders to see what's happened to each. But I don't feel like it's my job to police peoples only addresses. When I get time I go through them, eventually I'll hire someone for customer service, but as grown men everyone should be getting their address right. Someone gives me weeks of abuse, I check and their email is their street address. It's lazy using autofill and not checking guys, double check beforehand. Now and again it's not the customers fault and I help them, but 99% of the time I'm adding a house number to a returned package which costs me money to resend, people don't see this side.
As for the streaming platform, it's a giant task, this isn't some cash grab Hustlers University put together in 2 weeks and charge $50pm garbage, it's an entire streaming platform mvp that took 7 months to build, has a 10 year plan behind it and so far £150k of my own money, not an investor, my own personal money and savings. I find it funny how I create things that help men, yet the world rides Tates D like he's some 2nd coming of Jesus, and all he's ever done is take money, promote porn, copy Nomad Capitalist, myself and others, and lie about his background. However day after day for 9 years I've given back to the male community, refusing ad revenue, putting every penny I can back in, working every weekend, giving up everything in my own life, never asking people to subscribe, revealing everything and always being honest. The more you do the more problems you face, I could easily sit behind a podcast desk night after night and do trashy live streams, but again and again I've evolved this industry and I'll do so again.
9 years ago I was making body language analysis videos, every how to be confident like tommy shelby video you see getting millions of views came from me, every men peak later than women video or podcast I started, 9 years ago I got laughed at for saying these things, now they're common knowledge. Once again I'm dragging this industry out of the mud and to the next level, away from the low level production, away from the anti-female easy views playbook, away from the "I live in my Mums basement but I'll give advice anyway generation" The manosphere is laughable, there's videos of a high value man like Tristan Tate being laughed at by girls he approaches, nobody outside of clout wants to work with Andrew, only viagra companies want to work with Fresh and Fit, Sneakos out here getting cucked for views, our industry is shocking, it's like the early days of MMA, no structure, no quality, zero professionalism
I get full access to the streaming platform today, just remember who did it first this time

You've nailed it man, so glad I've seen someone draw this conclusion - It's like you have all the questions and none of the answers. Right number one, well done for having self-awareness - you've realised where you're at/the level you're at. Now you want to gain experience okay, but can't attract anything over a 3/4 like most men? Well why bother? This is such a weak mindset. No one should have the mindset of "I can't get what I want so I'll settle for less as it'll make me feel better" Also not to mention it's harsh on the woman who you're using. Best thing you can do in this scenario is suck it up and do something about it. This is why men rule the world, they're forced to improve in order to attract women, be grateful, our sex drives push us to be better everyday. The pursuit of better women creates a better man, then one day you sit there and realise "Oh now I understand nature and how we've evolved to this point". The desire for beauty makes the man, once you get there beauty is like plucking apples from a tree, it's too easy, but that's the reward. This is also why so many men have rubbish lives. They lower their standards over and over again and then masturbate to the women they actually want which ruins their current relationship. Enjoy the journey man, that's what I did. I always said to myself, this time next year I'll look better and I'll get this woman or that woman, or I'll make my ex suffer. That month by month improvement feels so good. Look at my 1 year transformation. Around that week, I went out with my friend and got zero female attention, 1 year on I'm wearing a baggy jumper to and from the gym to avoid getting attention as it wastes my time. As you rise up the ladder you'll get more attention and sex becomes effortless, this is where your experience will come from. It's really easy to become top 10% - average man is 21% bf and earns around £27k per year, 3 years of intense effort skyrockets your life

Something I like to promote on this channel is a balance. You could be a billionaire, but if it's taken 70 years to reach then life has been all about making money. I think start young, get in shape, build a business/wealth, use that to make a lot more money, make yourself a more well-rounded man and start enjoying life. I'd rather have £20m in the bank taking 5 holidays per year, eating out, dating, etc, than be worth £300m with no time for anything else. I just like the idea that we're all doing this for something, the male advantage/freedom/whatever

Especially at 22, means nothing at this point. Everyone I know who bought a car, house, holidays etc when we were young is now financially in trouble and moaning about not having enough money to go to the next level. If you try and keep up with the rich lifestyle - you can fake it a bit, but only when living at home, no kids, lower bills, etc. Once these people either move out, have a kid, get married or get a mortgage you see them trading the flashy car in. It's better to sustain wealth all your life, than to try and be leading by 30

Thanks man. If you have nothing you can work on, then yeah go out don't suffer for no reason, but save as much money as possible. On the flip side, I would say try and find something, there's no rush, but try and find a purpose. I know hundreds of people with 9 to 5 jobs and no passion outside of work and partying. A guy I used to work with told me I was so lucky because I had a plan. Until that moment I assumed everyone did, but there's a lot of good academics lost in qualifications and rent payments. In terms of the network, most people you meet at this stage will be on your level, some can help, most can't. There are great mentors you can meet from 9 to 5 work, but personally I've found the more you achieve/work on the higher quality people you meet. All of the most successful people I've ever met have either been at 9 to 5 jobs or from 1STMAN.
To answer your 2nd question, it's a combination of what you enjoy, what you're good at and it's monetary potential. I like giving examples of myself because it makes things easy to explain. But....I knew I wanted to start 1stman because I was confident on camera, could write good articles and had some decent male lifestyle experience. Secondly I love the male industry and self-improvement. Third I knew the self improvement industry sucked, and I could make it cool via a modern approach with a streaming platform, men's shirts, men's gyms and so on. All which happen to be big profit industries; Media, Fashion and Fitness. Not to mention the upselling potential of a gym with equipment, clothing and supplements

Why do women want their prime to last 50 years - We as men suffer so badly from 16 to 30, just let us enjoy our time haha. Honestly women want it all, learn to lose like we have. No one alive can convince me women aren't heavily valued on beauty. Whether this is moral or not doesn't matter, it's just the way the world works. Once a woman loses her beauty her social value drops, it's sad, we should all be valued on more than just looks, but no one can deny this. A woman may feel more powerful in her 40's, she may feel better about herself, she may think she looks better now, etc etc, but if no one else does then it's kind of meaningless. I've worked in finance, I've seen morons get jobs because they're hot, women have a major advantage when young, the ones who get annoyed when I say thing like I have in this video are the ones who thought it would last forever and are now realising the golden days are over

No I really would. Unless you've felt the freedom you just wouldn't know. Think about it, the 300k guy is sat at his desk stressed, I'm in a cheap country on a boat with a hot woman. Strike 1. Secondly, if he wants a promotion it might take years and it's not guarenteed. If I want to earn more money I will be paid based off my work ethic, I have the ability to turn 50k into 300k in 1 year, 2 years, it's up to me. Strike 2. Finally work dominates that guys life, when I'm in the gym he's at work, sure he could go, but with a 16 hour day at work plus an hour in the gym, when does he have time to cook and eat? This area of his life is going to suffer as a consequence. Slowly work becomes his life and he's a fat, ugly, semi-rich dude with an okay life. Strike 3

Thanks man, appreciate it. I would say number 1 kids come first, any decision you make has to be for them. Secondly I would weigh up if the marriage is toxic or just going through a difficult patch. If it's toxic then it's always better to be apart, the kids will adapt. Now in terms of success, the only difference is between me and you is time and spare money. When you're at a parents evening I'm working. When you're paying for date night and shoes for the kids I'm investing in 1stman. What this means is what I can do in 3 years might take you 10. There's no real option you just have to be patient and go slower. Success isn't impossible with kids, mortgage, marriage, car, etc, it just means slower progression due to less time and money it's that simple. Have a vision, get a plan together, start working "when you can" and reinvest "what you can". Your priorities should be kids, your life and then everything else last

I need to make a video on this badly. Statistics should be taken with a pinch of salt, because the data comes about from average people. The average man over 30 has drank 10,000 beers, eaten 1000 kebabs, drank 10,000 cups of coffee, lives terribly, watches porn and tv all day and his hormonal system is fried (using hyperbole on the figures). The average man lives so poorly that of course - testosterone levels would drop, of course he'd get back pain, of course his sperm quality would be lower. But this is from lifestyle not nature. For a man who works on himself and lives clean, his testosterone levels, erections and sperm quality will be better at 50 than a guy who's 21 smokes, drinks etc. That back pain won't get him because he stretches twice per day, sleeps well, is low body fat, eats clean, moves reguarly and uses a standing desk. It's not the age that gets people it's the accumulation of doing the same things over a long period of time which makes it appear as though getting older is the cause. For example - You drink beer nightly and sit at a desk all day with zero gym/cardio/sports. By 35 you get back pain and you claim "I'm not as young as I use to be" but in reality your lifestyle has brought this about. The reason young men lets say 21 years old aren't bald, overweight and have ED is - they haven't been messing their bodies up for long enough. Their lifestyle might be terrible, but just like a fitness journey in reverse it takes time to ruin yourself. Ignore the statistics, ignore the average man he's a bum, causality is the only true representation of one's results

IMO massive because the appearance of even 1% extra body fat can change everything. For example going from 28% bf to 18% bf you'll see chance but still look pretty normal. Going from 14% to 10% is like a different human, those lower % even 1% makes a giant difference in the low numbers. When you're carrying a little more water than needed it creates the illusion of that 1/2% increase. I went into maintenance for end of Jan, all I did was use the natural diuretics and I went fromt 16% bf to 14%. In reality I was 14% all along but the excess water from carbs and lack of cardio for 6 months created a puffier appearance. Additionally, nobodies really doing the natural diuretics thing. Everyone is worried about the outside of the body, but very few people understand how to get the best out of your genetics. Flushing out excess water, salt, increasing blood flow, it all gives you an edge. Being low bf alone is enough lets be honest, but if you want that celeb HD look, I would highly promote them. Also to add "you said in the face" sometimes you can be 10% bf and have a rounder face, because of excess salts, or daily carb intake being 250g. The bulging muscles in your body create curves and angles, but in your face a slight bit of extra water means no cheekbones and blue bags under your eyes. The face is weird, it has different rules

Hello buddy thank you for watching my videos, really appreciate your time. For teens it's pretty much the same advice, except I'd throw in "test more" you have so much time you can mess up 100 times and not care. Throw money at every idea, new skill, etc, you'll learn skills that will help you in your 20's. Just test, test, test, experiment, try everything until you figure out what you like, you're good at and which industry has the most earning potential. Find a balance between these 3 and you're golden. The fact you're on this channel though asking these questions means you've already won 50% of the game. Most people your age are 15 years away from where you are now. Also remember the progression bias, think long term, what you want right now will completely change when you're my age so be as patient as you can and make decisions for the good of the long term

I believe in timing. Everything in a male life that goes well is good timing via good planning. I care zero about clothes right now because they're meaningless based on my timing. I will dedicate the next 2 years to 1stman, the supplements, the book, clothing company, my own personal fitness and the streaming platform. Once everything is in place, I'm in the shape I want and have the money I require for long term sustainability, I will then enter stage 2. Improve my wardrobe, get to bed earlier, purchase Tom Ford Tuscan Leather aftershave, go on dates, enjoy summer nights on a rooftop bar, holidays for example. I see so many guys worried about the EXTRAS first. I'd rather worry about the CORE functions first, then add the extras at a later date. If right now I went out, bought a BMW, £250 bottle of aftershave, eye creams, a £10k wardrobe, got weekly beard shape-ups and all the other stuff, then it's highly likely I wouldn't be able to accomplish my goals. Instead if I re-invest every penny and build something paying me back millions per year, going and spending £1000 per week on clothes suddenly becomes sustainable. All the other stuff will come, but I'm not willing to keep up with the Joneses and ruin what I'm aiming towards. I agree, a life of work and no play is pointless, but in order to get the most out of each, it's timing

My personal opinion and bear in mind everyone is different is; Stay single up to 35 as a guarentee, unless you have a day 1 woman who stuck with you when you were nothing. From your 20's to 35 you should work your balls off. If you start to make money start dating and having sex as a reward. So I used to do 29 days of working like a lunatic, then the final weekend of the month days 30 and 31 I might set up a weekend with a woman, maybe a hotel away somewhere, but only if I hit a monetary target. Reason being it'll drive you nuts having nothing fun to live for. If you're not making money/succeeding yet just keep grinding, the desire to have sex will keep you going. Female company is fun, all women are straight 10's to be around for the first 3 months, then there's more negatives than positives. It's how so many men fall for the trap. But by dating then moving on after a few dates or a small amount of time together you only get to enjoy the good stuff. Some say that's rude but it's stress free, cheaper and selfish which is good when you're young, women are trying to be selfish by locking you down and wanting the family life, so do the same to them. At 35 you're in your peak or should be around the start of it. Date more if possible because this is one of the rewards of working so hard, the level of women you'll attract will be much higher so enjoy it, sleep with a model or 2, date a stripper because you can haha you know, this is when you can fulfil desires. Don't get into a relationship until 40, at that point it's up to you, you decide. Do you want further independence or a family? That decision is always yours, I just help men to get there and to avoid distractions along the way. For some 35 to 40 is enough fun. For others like Clooney 35 to 55 was more appealing. You'll know when you get there

He can, and a small percentage do. But the vast majority stop working hard because it's all too easy at the start. Do beautiful women work night and day to become rich? They don't need to, life is already good. The tall handsome guy in school goes to every party, is always with women, social life is amazing, doesn't leave a lot of time for anything else, not to mention why would he have the desire to work hard when life is already great. Beautiful woman messages him, is he really saying no and opting to work on a business that night? Maybe, but likely not. I'm 6ft2 was always naturally in shape, had options at 19 without having to open my mouth, by 25 I was bald, out of shape, broke. At 30 I turned it all around, you tend to work harder when things go bad or need improving

Yeah I agree, but it's a sacrifice I've made until a certain point. I know what would make me look better, I could buy clothes, get down to 10% bf and get a barber to do my hair and beard properly, but I focus all my energy, time and money on success and the journey, ie a neccessary bulk I've just been through or cutting my own hair to save money. In Feb/March I'll finally be exactly where I need to be and those things can begin. I just figure success and fitness take longer and can't be faked. A haircut, new clothes, shoes, an apartment, new car etc can all be done in an afternoon

That's natural Lamar, when things are going well and we don't have to work in order to survive our brains relax and that removal of urgency creates comfort. The trick isn't to fight to get it back but to evolve where you'd like to head next. This happens with laziness, people get labelled "lazy" then they find their passion and turn into the hardest worker in the room. Looks like you've found your passion, great now increase the challenge factor. I spoke about FLOW state in a recent video. There needs to be a balance of skill and challenge, things have become easy for you, test yourself again, make it interesting, come up with an even bigger plan, reignite the excitement and use what you currently have as the foundation. Secondly you need a new why. You've got a beautiful woman, money, a great life, what's going to motivate you moving forward? I came up with a business concept a few years ago for longevity - it's lifelong businesses. Something that wets the appetite beyond millions. Mine was the streaming platform, it's a 20 year project that reignites my early days passion. I'm miles away from even starting the streaming platform, meaning this could take me into my 40's. Try and find something like this, a project built around legacy and stability. Something that has a purpose outside of yourself/and is recession proof - that's real success for you and your future generations

Hey buddy, a lot to read haha. Okay, to begin with let me know if you've watched this video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-PGxgi9HnM&ab_channel=1STMAN I describe how without the external qualities you never get to show everything else. Funniest man in the world doesn't get to crack a joke if women don't find him attractive, this is why money and life setup are so key to getting your foot in the door, making life easier and increasing options. You're talking about a very specific man there though, like I will never marry or get caught out by these women because I know the game, it's very easy to read women and protect yourself with some basic methods such as use your own comdom. I'm not sure if you watched the entire video but I covered pretty much all of this, I broke down at the start exactly why this kind of comment wasn't really needed because women aren't exactly smart with this stuff, only idiots get tricked by it. How about this? I meet a gold digger, I use my own comdom, I sleep with her, never see her again and ignore her calls? She's a perfect 10 and I played her while she thought she was playing me, I just don't see the issue unless you dive in head first like a fool. She can read every book she wants, I guarentee she'll never get close to tricking me. She could watch every video of mine and still fall flat on her face with tricks and games, enjoy women, but keep them at arms length

It's all a game of patience my man. I got plans to build a streaming platform, I'll be traveling all around the world soon showing you guys bts. I'm planning daily vlogs for gym, travel and product development soon. Plus videos where I might be ballin, beautiful woman on my arm etc, it's all coming, but it's a process. First the next batch of the supplements, then the creatine, then the protein powder, then the clothing line and skincare, physical copy of my book and then the streaming platform. Covid slowed a lot of my summer plans down, but I'm 28, there's no rush, Tate was a broke fighter at my age just starting his cam girl business

This is why the male advantage is discussed so much by myself. I've been 18 and handsome with abs, getting girls was too easy, keeping them was impossible. Whereas now at 29 it's the women trying to marry me. It's normal, regardless of looks these girls are looking for the ambitious guy, the guy moving forward, has a great job already, nice car, great life setup, they're programmed to sleep with handsome muscular men and settle down with winners in life. You're 18 it's not your fault it takes time. I know exactly how you feel, but there's not a lot you can do. When you're young you have the looks and the body but no money or assets. When you grow up you have the money and assets but the body and looks vanish. Then there's a small pool of men who stay in shape whilst the money is coming in, 28-50 they enjoy the male advantage, get any woman they want and every woman wants to be either in a relationship or married to them, aim for this. Focus on yourself for now, start thinking about success outside of school because school and good grades isn't how you get rich

In rich dad poor dad he describes a car as a liability but he's only scratching the surface, he has the mindset of an old man from the previous gen. An asset can be a large pair of breasts, a great ass, great jawline, huge penis, deep voice, penthouse with a view of the city, anything that improves your life. If you can comfortably afford the car, and it brings in high female attention/boosts your confidence levels, then it's an aseet to you. I always describe a giant 18 bedroom house that's cold in the middle of nowhere not being as good as a 2 bedroom penthouse in the heart of a major city, with BBQ facilities, great views, a pool, space, is modern, well built, warm, great access to the city, safe, next to a bunch of bars, restaurants etc. The money is step 1, what you do with it is the skill

Depends what you'd like to do. If you have a passion/idea you love, then I would put every penny into seeing it come to life, that's always the best investment as you're more likely to succeed at what you're passionate about. Outside of that, save the money up. £300 is great, but it's lump sums that change the game. Keep saving the £300, but do whatever you can to make that closer to £1000 pm saved. Phone bill, netflix, nights out, just find where you're spending, save like hell and wait 3 years. If you can get £20k/£30k together then purchase a small laundrette or 20 space car park, you can make so much money, but people always overlook these types of methods. I'm looking at a 30 space car park right now, needs work it's semi-abandoned, but it's in the centre of a 45,000 person town

High school/Uni etc is it's own microbubble of average people. The women find these men attractive because undoubtably some of these men are genetically gifted, but they're broke, have zero assets, can't give the woman the life she wants once school ends etc. He lacks maturity, leadership, experience, the masculine frame (usually) and it can only get this guy so far. Hence why he's a 5. This guy will attract women with ease, but past a certain age it all starts to crumble unless he becomes more well rounded. This is why good looking guys tend to do worse in life, they have no immediate reason to improve and thus waste time prioritising women. But as you said "His age" is the key here, it's short lived, 18 year old girls are happy with a trip to the cinema and a McDonald's. A 23 year old woman wants a house, marriage, kids, holidays etc it's hard to adapt

I love stuff like this. It's worth really looking into. Because once you have that data as you said it tells you the level to achieve in order to have anyone you want. A way to do it would be from simple optics. I grew up in a town with 32k people, there were no 10's. A few 7's, maybe at a push on her best day an 8, but not likely. Then I would have to bridge out to neighbouring places - another 244k people. So 276k people - more regular 8's some page 3 models, girls with hundreds and thousands of insta followers, but I'd still say no 10's that I knew, maybe even no 9's. So we add Bristol - 440k people - 716k people - half of which are women and Maya Jama came from there - she's easily a 9/10 and a bunch of glamour models etc live/came from there. Girls with millions of insta followers too. So I'd say covering the south west of England - 1 in 358k if it's just Maya, or 1 in 100k more likely as I don't know everyone and I'm sure there are 1 or 2 other 10's. Would mean 330 10's in the UK with London likely carrying the load due to it being a hub for models. I'd say that's likely accurate. Reason being - that's the entire female population - 50% of those women will be over 35 making them no longer a 10 and around 15% would be too young. So between 18-30 women who are 10's - it leaves around 116 10's at any given time in the UK. 69 cities in the UK, meaning roughly 2 10's per city, that's slim pickings haha. This is why 5's to 7's are so abundant - the average woman isn't ugly, the top level women are stupidly rare. It leaves a giant number of above average women 5-7. I think a high level man should target 7's and 8's as there's like 500k of them in the UK, so easy to have a new one every night/week

Haha yeah I hear you man. I use to be in this industry also. Firstly things like strong eye contact when talking is essential, imagine a FA you didn't trust? Secondly, the best thing you can have in these industries is life experience - when I started as a trainee financial adviser I had zero context - today my Dad has died, I've dealt with wills, I've made more investments, I'm looking into life insurance right now due to what happened etc etc. This helps you to understand PEOPLE better. You're in sales whether you realise it or not. Most industries are actually in another industry, they just haven't clicked yet. In order to sell you need to peel back the layers by gaining trust via great body language - good eye contact, gesturing from the "TRUTH PLANE" for example. You want to deal with a strong individual, not someone who's going to worry or appear weak, this is your hard earned money/your families. Then when you have trust ask the correct questions, start understanding the motives for people doing what they do. They might open up about why they're getting life insurance like I just did. The key is to come across as human, connect the dots, all successful sales people have a high level of common sense and are able to see the reasons WHY

Yeah sure. So my logic is, if I get to 35/36 with all of my goals ticked, I'm in my prime with unlimited options, I pick a 22 year old 10/10 with everything I need in a woman. I have kids with this woman and do the family thing. By 40 she'll still only be 26, by 50 when I'm starting to look less good, she'll be 36, so we'll age together and still be close to each others levels. Of course my money would outrank her, a man at 50 still looks good, but by 50 I'll likely be happy with a 36 year old mature woman who I can travel with. I wouldn't want a 22 year old at that point I imagine, we just won't relate. My method not only ensures success on a personal level, but it also improves relationship success rates IMO

9k haha well done, great price to get in at. For sure hold onto that, the people I know believe it'll hit $300k by September. Eth, Synthetix, DOT, Ocean, RSR, Ren, Matic and Optionroom are my big bets. The bear market is actually easier IMO, the average Joe can make money right now, so it becomes harder to get in early with so much competition

Henry Cavill would be, Michael B Jordan, Drake, Jeff Logan, Mike Thurston - It's just a case of getting beyond a certain wealth level, whilst being in well above average shape at a youthful enough age. Life setup helps too, all these guys have cool lives. Don't focus too much on looks, if that were the case then it would just be Cavill and Logan on this list, it's more about being well-rounded. Money, physique, youth, combine these 3 and you move pretty quickly up that board

No assets go much deeper than toys. An asset is defined as something you own that adds value. That Rich Dad Poor Dad definition is for 60 year old men with no idea regarding modern life. Could be a great pair of boobs. Some women make millions because of hip to waist ratio, it's an asset. A great sounding voice can give you work for life, that's an asset. A huge penis works the same. The toys work in the same manner. They go so much deeper than just enjoyment. One millionaire I once watched spoke about how he bought a Ferrari and parked it outside of his Real Estate firm every day - leading to a huge increase in yearly sales, attention which leads to sales and likely female attention which is an asset in any man's life. Sure on paper Bill has high value assets, but life isn't lived on paper, I could comfortably live a much more enjoyable life than Bill with £1m per year, what you do with the money is more important than having it. The previous gen of rich guys just accumulate, they've never used the money right. Assets for me is life setup, what do those assets do for you? Farm land, great, good for you bill, more billions, but when does the enjoyment start?

Well this is the hard part me and Hamza talk about, there isn't many. Sounds silly for me to say, but it's so rare. Men only peak when they work on themselves and most don't. The Tates are good examples, mid thirties tons of women perfect life and few men can compete with them, but most men in their 30's and 40's never worked hard. They're overweight, drained from work and earn normal money and therefore have normal lives. The younger guys with nice hair will of course outrank them. But an inshape guy with money and great life setup it's hard to compete with that because it takes time to build. Most men will never build it and younger men haven't had enough time yet. Now here's the other side of the coin, most men will never do it and you rarely see guys in their 30's with hot young women, but that's the key, you rarely see it. Reason being these guys are with the hottest women globally at expensive places most people will never visit. It's not that women want 30 or 40 yo guys, they'd like a guy around their age, but in order to have a certain lifestyle a 21 yo man just can't deliver what she requires (Usually)

Nice man, I like the mental switch. Try and add some structure to your workouts, have 2 leg days, 1 chest, 1 back, 1 arms and shoulders, 1 abs and 1 rest day or something similar. 5 exercises, 8 reps, 3 sets. This will allow your muscles to grow, rather than focusing on getting everything done quick. Patience is the key, step by step build the muscle and then cut the fat with a more delibrate focus

I love the belief, but success has to be mixed in with the payslip. 90% of relationships end due to arguements about finances, it just makes sense to put them in order first. You say narrow, but what you forget is I've thought your way, been through every avenue with that thought and still came back to this conclusion. This isn't some idiot coming up with a theory, just assume I've thought what you've thought and then thought some more, then lived it, then drawn a conclusion. This "love beats all" mentality will make you broke and unhappy whilst being cheated on. Any woman you meet will want marriage, kids, a mortgage, family car, holidays, dates etc - sponging is a female requirement, they just don't make it obvious. If you can't provide those she's gone

We shouldn't - I promote dating younger women. I actually find it rude when women in their late 20's/early 30's ask me out, as if I've been waiting all these years patiently to save you. I build myself up physically, mentally, financially, etc in order to take the next crop of young beautiful women. 30 year old me will be dating 21 year olds - the Chad's, Tyrones, Beta's - none of them can compete with an outlier male as he has everything they have and more. Most women in their late 20's early 30's settle down with a beta out of sheer fatigue more than anything, they grow tired of waiting, being cheated on, worrying etc and therefore play it safe before their looks diminish completely. Men should ignore the women their own age, they won't get them young, and when older, the men won't want the women their age. Therefore - sacrifice 10 years, 18-28 build something great and then enjoy the reward of young beautiful women who have only had a handful of partners once you're on equal value with them

Firstly man thanks for the comment and compliment on the video. Secondly man to man - you need to calm down. Not in a condescending way but you're all over the place you're going to burnout like I did when younger. I chased perfection and had zero patience. It's 100% an ego thing which is fine, we all go through it. First thing to realise is - there's people better than us and that'll never change. Second thing to realise is most things are temporary and not that worrying in hindsight. It's a personal journey we all move at different speeds, I've had moments where the world is passing me by and I feel like I'm standing still, but my moment came eventually. Women don't have to sleep with you - you could be the most handsome, in-shape guy - they can still say no it's not a God given right. Gym, money, assets, self-improvement is a personal thing to make the best of yourself to make life easier. However women can sense the desperation and mania surrounding you right now - read your comment back and tell me it doesn't sound a bit erratic. There's not a lot you can do outside of paying for sex which I don't think is a bad idea if your life is being negatively impacted. The woman will be an 8 or above and you can then move on. But there's no quick fix, it'll solve itself via maturity. The early days are confusing, there's like 500 different components going on at once, best thing you can do is find your lane and stick in it. I go to the gym, work on my business, couldn't care less about women and focus on me. Everytime I lift my head up at the gym women are starring. I'm minding my own business and women come and talk to me. I post on Instagram and my DM's get like 6 new messages from women. They can sense when a man is focused on his own life and they want to be a part of that. I used to approach all the time, I would chase, use Tinder etc, but the past 4 years or so - I stopped worrying and consequently got more women than ever. Build it and they will come, which you're doing, but now you need patience. It's not the end of the world to be single/lonely etc - it's temporary, see it as an opportunity - you're free, you have time, you're building towards a better you, you're young - from an optimism standpoint it's innevitable that this won't last long, any man that works on himself will eventually come out on top, but it's a very long game as a man. Be patient, focus on you, target money and assets for a better life and reap the reward of women as a byproduct not a main goal. You're currently placing too much pressure on something that isn't all that great once you get it anyway - it just seems like the prize because our monkey brains don't use the neo-cortex enough. Chase money so you can express yourself easier, (fashion etc) so you can travel where you want, so you can be free each day, so you can acquire the assets you like. If you do it to get women it becomes toxic - women are a bonus like a watch or cufflinks - do it for you, and women will gravitate towards you

Appreciate it man and yeah it's a tough one to get your head around. Real love exists 100% but it was never "meant to be", like there's no such thing as "the one". Most people who love each other were born close by, went to the same school, work at the same office, happen to be roughly the same age etc it's more about conveniences than finding the perfect person. Then when you become successful/increase your social value nothing changes except access to prettier women. But in reality it's another convenience - she's beautiful and you're rich, you two pair off well. Beyond that you may fall in love or at least receive the emotions that incite love, however it can EASILY be replicated with someone else. Most men can't get over relationships until they sleep with someone prettier, once they do the previous women means nothing, that says a lot about how the human brain works. All in all, the human brain just wants to mate with the best possible option, everyone is selfishly seeking the highest option they can get away with or desperately trying to get back with the best option they ever had, then building love around that in order to raise children in a safe environment. I know it sucks to realise, but knowing this will turn you into a monster creating a better life and coincidently a better woman who you could live out the illusion with if needed once your own life goals are ticked. One final word on women, I've always called them accidental leeches, I don't mean it as a negative it's just a behavioral trait. Women want assets, a nest (house), money as it equates to children and your ability to raise them, they will relentlessly and ruthlessly seek out the man who can best provide these key ingredients, not as gold diggers but in the same way we will lustfully pursue beauty. Don't look at it as "she loves you for your money" look at it as she's allowed herself to fall in love with you because you have money/success. It's a barrier to entry, you must be this rich to get on this ride sort of thing. Each woman has a different barrier height and not all use money as the barometer, but if you were to plot a scatter graph you would likely be able to draw a line of best fit matching beauty with higher wealth of man they're with

Hey man thanks for watching and being really open. 100% I have advice, I used to be this guy. I always stood up for myself, but I took comments to heart and worried about stuff for days afterwards. There's tricks and tips, but the cure is true self confidence. Once you are happy about yourself these comments are meaningless. "If there's no enemy within the enemy outside can do us no harm" meaning your mind is a fortress. Stuff only affects you because you're letting it. Although you don't realise you have an ego. Most people think an ego is a Ferrari and shades, but it's being too proud, worrying about not being the best looking man in the group, etc. What I would've done is laugh/smirk, said I don't care, and genuinely wouldn't have cared. Then moved on with whatever I was doing. In fact I may have even said "That's a weird thing to say for a grown man" think about it, he's so insecure himself he has to attack you, if anything feel sorry for him. The eye contact wasn't the issue here, it's the fact you took it to heart, being unreactive would've won you the situation. Humour always helps too, example; "Maybe you can dress me next time" then move on. I found "Yeah" works, but said in a confused tone, as if; why are we even talking about this, then again move on

Yeah a lot of the male sphere have a defeatist mindset, they blame everyone else and all band together to feel a sense of community. Yeah I believe 25-29 is perfect for a woman to have beauty and maturity together. There's good women out there, try looking at Russian women, Spanish (Spain), French, Italian, Caribbean - These women come from cultures where your beauty is precious, you only give it away to 1 or 2 men in your lifetime. 25 year old Spanish woman likely has never been drunk before, instead they go out with family and have a glass of wine with food. The US, UK, etc are kind of disgusting.

This is pretty normal Joe, I was the same around 24, had huge depression, stop on a few tall buildings back then. Thing I realised is, the male journey is meant to be tough as we're forced to get better. Look at the femal journey - 18 instantly hot. Purpose = Have baby and get married. She could be broke and lost in life, but those two things change everything - even gives her the job title of Mother and it's totally acceptable to sit at home all day under this title.
As a man - Require roughly 12 years on average to build the body and success, might take another 10 to even find your purpose in life before you start the 12. Meaning for a lot of men they could be 40 before they have the life they want, this is why I speak so much about the male advantage.
You're a smart guy though man - Saving money, staying in, working out - It's hard but I would say this is genius - stay patient until you find your purpose. Once you do, you'll be in shape, you'll have the money to execute, no crippling debt, no kids etc. In the meantime I would say Crypto is a great hobby as you can make a lot of money and do it from home

5/10 HAS to be average - This isn't true man. 1,4,6,2,3,,7,2,2,4, 2 - 10 data points, average = 3.3 - The average man has become below average due to laziness. The previous average cannot be lowered to suit the new normal that's a modern science weak mindset - they've done that with T levels too. If women are getting hotter and men are getting uglier, moving the average is troublesome as we'll get a giant incel pop. What would work is clasifications for example - Earning under this amount, age bracket, assets, sexual partners, things that can be measured. But saying the average guy is only half as good as the top guy in the world who's a 10 is madness. Perhaps just taking away the scale and having categories with appropriate gaps displaying levels would work perfectly

Wealth is money, how much you have. Assets are entirely different because they achieve life setup. A woman with a great body - would consider this an asset because it either makes her money or gets her the man she wants. A man with an 18 bedroom house in the country is kind of wasting his money if he wants that house to improve his quality of life, whereas a 2 bedroom penthouse with a terrace rooftop, pool and views of the city - would drastically improve that man's life by way of social, relationships, sex, enjoyment etc. However everyone is different. Assets = make your money do things. Having 200 acres of land is cool, but building a fishing lake, racetrack or shooting range on that land is way better. Not saying to do this to be happy, just giving examples of the difference. Right now for example I have money and zero assets as a choice, they're luxuries, signals to others about your wealth, it's different

The end goal for everyone is different, but the ruthless pursuit to get there should be the same for all. Once I have the streaming platform ticked and run it for 6 years - 6 years is when I see it reaching it's peak and can step back - then I'll start enjoying the world and everything in it. I have a very child like belief, that you should wake up and ask what do I want to do today. You can only satisfy that urge once you have wealth, health and freedom combined. Being able to wake up each day and do whatever you want, love life, meet people, experience cultures, different foods, women, this is what life is all about. I'll be semi-retired at 36, by that I mean taking 3 days off per week. Until then I won't take a single day off. I truly believe life is an equal split, work for freedom, then enjoy it. I kind of see life like a video game and I'm working my way through the levels until I make it to freeroam mode with the cheat codes. You don't have to, you can go down a minimalist path and be very spiritual, but you still have to get up and go to work at 9am on Monday morning. Try paying bills with meditation or sage, doesn't go too far. You're a very deep guy man, it's great, you've had your problems just like myself, it's time to think less and experience more, enjoy it all. Good times, bad times, they're all experiences, they're not your reality, just an experience coupled with emotions you're living through, it's all beautiful. If you start to over analyse it paralyses you, stop trying to control everything and roll with the punches. I'm not pursuing money, I'm pursuing freedom and money is the fuel to get me there, plus I enjoy building cool things. What makes you happy? Send me a list of 10 things

Not the same at all. It's like saying you could beat Usain bolt in a crawling race. Mayweather is 70kg, I bench 140kg, deadlift 240kg, that's an absolute nightmare for him. I'm 6ft2, quicker at running than him as I did 100m at a high level and hit 3 times harder than him due to the size difference. All I have to do os crawl towards him, avoid all boxing, and instead wrestle, kick, elbow, etc. 1 charging takedown and he's done. Once I grab him with even 1 hand he might as well tap, it's me ragdolling him from there. Also even of we did box - look at the Logan fight he wouldn't hurt me, Logan said it was like getting hit by a child, they have weight classes for a reason. I'm actually shocked you think he'd win, it would be like 99% in my favour with the betting odds, literally nothing he could do. One leg kick and he'd collapse, I'll likely break his leg as he isn't trained to defend leg kicks, the range is different and I'm 20kg heavier. You have to understand it's STREET FIGHT, he'd be a fish out of water, that stand up straight defence, or head ducked down dodge would be a terrible idea, his best chance would be to run and punch sequentually
