Its bridge, railway and roads collapse due to corruption. The top 20 most polluted cites are mostly in India, western countries are moving polluted industries to choke off poor Indians. Worst of all, you don't have enough toilets in India. There's no correlation between India economy growth and GDP per capita, Indian income remain low despite good economy growth rate.
