  1. Tariffs is a great weapon but to weaponise it in trade war is a fatal mistake. This may bring better result on trade balance and job market in the short run but created hyperinflation and unemployment in the long run. China and US allies would take reciprocal tariffs on US exports too. There will be less business and less jobs between america and its trading partners.
