It had been engaging wars in the the past 40 years. They are staging to comeback for another war in South East Asia after the humiliated defeat in the Vietnam war. China doesn't need to invade, conquer , enslave, colonise, genocide and rip off small nations to become superpower.

Much of the accumulated wealth are from colonising, enslaving, ripped off and stealing ASEAN, Africa, Middle East, Asia and South America. They cannot live without wars when they first started the 1st and 2nd ww, wars after wars, they are staging another war in ASEAN b4 finishing off war in Europe. Whereas, China doesn't need to bomb, invade and loot small nations in order to become a world superpower.
