Bush disbanded the special unit he had looking for Bin Laden, that didn't mean that the CIA stopped looking as for Obowma going into Pakistan, he wouldn't have been able had Bush not taken out the Taliban by invading Afghanistan. Obowma never would have it is a well known fact that Clinton downsized special forces/entire military. Bush rebuilt the spec forces, increasing their numbers, equipment and support actually, nobody in Government should be talking about what spec forces do.

Bush initiated the drone strikes, not Obowma the people who got Bin Laden are the CIA and special forces. as for decision by WH, President Carter took a far more courageous, risky venture into Iran with the failed rescue attempt. Obowma uses drones to kill terrorists rather than capture and acquire intelligence which is far more useful. reason he does this is because he banned enhanced interrogation
