  2. yea, Johnny Boy perhaps what we need is an exchange program with the Brits wherein their elite cops come to America, work with our cops train them how to handle our violent criminals in the inner Cities, just by talking them down!,..lol, lol,..you think the Brit cops would go for that?,..lol
