  1. The Dems act as if the House is totally powerless when it comes to spending, it isn't in that the House is the body that controls the purse strings, not the WH. The House can propose changes to passed Bills and negotiate with the Senate. Obama illegally made numerous changes to the AHC law, which only Congress can do to determine who's a fault here you have to look to which Party tends to gain more, which is the Dems in this case via the liberal press. They have even shut down open air palces

  2. let's get real, only the Dems and Nancy Pelooosa crafted the Law and voted it in. It was not a bipartisan effort which is now coming back as a problem
