@ncawadias YOU are the moron! Ever hear of the Military Code of Justice?? it has it's won courts, police etc the CID can even arrest generals fact is most straight guys do not like gays, showering with them and living in close quarters. any threats to morale or unit cohesion does cost lives

Military is also about soldiers living together not only about following orders! how about a Lt who is openly gay handing out dangerous assignments when he may have sexual attractions to some guys, not others? Wouldn't this create suspicions he's playing favorites, break down morale?? there is no place for sexual intrigues in the forces BTW, why can't guys walk into womens bathrooms? we all have same functions

number 1, people in the military can not avail themselves of rights ordinary citizens enjoy, PERIOD! The military is NOT an equal opportunity employer. People fight and die in the military and for citizens to impose their values on those straight soldiers who serve is an outrage. number 2, is guy was likely outed by someone, which proves that gays do breakdown unit cohesion number 3, McCain DOES know far more about the military that the gd reporters

@Relyt22 the military has its own code of justice and how its members are handled. when a soldier joins the military he gives up many rights. the military has the right to censor mail etc. this has been the case for a very long time what is it going to take for people to get the facts of life??
