First we try to understand human nature, i.e. why does over crowded Europe want more and more immigration, especially from Muslim Countries. Further, we must understand we are at war with Islam, not just Jihadists. Muslim populations in effect provide comfort for extremist positions to arise, grow and intensify. Once we have defined the enemy, bombing would work, just like it ended war with Germany and Japan.
