Rumsfeld is noted for the policy of building up American special forces units, the ones without which Obama would have been powerless in getting Bin Laden. Rumsfeld is the one who emphasized small fast response units as opposed to bigger ground units Fact remains that Afghanistan's leader has no respect for Obama.
