  1. what these 2 morons don't understand is that the sequester cuts are not cuts to actual spending but are very small cuts to projected increases in spending from a base line, prior year the sequester was clearly Obowma's stupid idea, he signed the Bill, threatened to veto any changes to it but now that the shit is about to hit the fan, he blames the GOP.
