  1. Why no mention of Johnson continual claim that he would never allow customs checks and never would he allow a border in the Irish Sea? As a matter of fact, Frost negotiated the protocol. You agree on a contract. When one side abides by their terms of the contract, the other cannot say that they are not abiding by the spirit of the contract . What does this even mean in legal terms?
