You are either clearly ignorant or a liar. Which is it?

You can be a conservative and still be dishonest, incompetent and have utter contempt for the electorate.

Truss is not a member of the WEF; as foreign secretary she attended a Davos summit.

@Jack-fs2im Discussion or speech? It's what delegates do. Have you not attended conferences?

@Jack-fs2im and also to church.

@Jack-fs2im Let’s be objective abot this and consider the voting records of both Liz Truss and Emily Thornerry on welfare and benefits.: Truss consistently voted against raising welfare benefits at least in line with prices; she almost always voted against paying higher benefits over longer periods for those unable to work due to illness or disability; and she almost always voted for a reduction in spending on welfare benefits . Thornberry consistently voted for raising welfare benefits at least in line with prices almost always voted for paying higher benefits over longer periods for those unable to work due to illness or disability; almost always voted against a reduction in spending on welfare benefits. On the issue of ending financial support for some 16-19 year olds in training and further education, Truss voted for Thornberry against . This is a little snapshot of their attitudes to people.

@Jack-fs2im You either missed the point or it is your intention to ignore the point.

@Jack-fs2im You made my point for me. Conspiracists seem to that the WEF is a cabal considerably worse than their own government. Do you also think lobby groups should not be given any legitimacy? Then most of the guests on GB News that are from lobby groups should also banned, such as the Institute for Economic Affairs that have links with the fossil fuel industries.

This budget is not for you unless you are super-rich. You may be £600 better off if you are on average salary, but the tax cuts means cuts in public services. What does that mean to losses in jobs and community cohesion? If you earn £10 million a year, you will be £617,720 better off. Is this what the Tories mean by levelling up? Don’t take my word for it: share prices on the FTSE250 fell by 20%, the £stirling fell by 16% against the $ollar and 4% against €uro. So this "fiscal event" will lead not lead to high growth in the long term, but to: - low growth - higher inflation - increasingly high public debt - soaring mortgage repayments - balance of payments deficit - more industrial action - worsening relations with the EU - pollution of our rivers and seas - cuts to public sector – the NHS and education

Wait, no trade with Malta or Cyprus, as they are in the EU. So which is the nearest Commonwealth country that we can import cars, medicine and aircraft equipment from?
