  1. Hi Kyle & Cierra. I like the rustic look of the birch wrap on the windows. I’ve always loved birch trees. I used to look through their branches at the moon and was amazed to see they have the most beautiful symmetry that you don’t see in the daylight. Sadly, I don’t have any birches at my present home. Your stove looks fabulous too! (Oh shoot...I see guacamole or sliced avocado on your tortillas. I meant to get some avocados at Costco today and forgot.). Cheers!

  3. Cindy Glass I love having fresh herbs available. Good idea to have a window box planter at the cabin. (Add some kind of automated watering).

  4. KYLES CABIN & WILDERNESS ADVENTURES - we had trouble with the south side of our log home and have scrubbed it with log/mold cleaner a few times. It works ok, but I think the bleach would have done just as well. We restained and sealed logs this past summer.
