  1. Despite what people say online, the wider world has known about this already. Hamas has always had a presence in the West Bank, as have other groups like PIJ. It’s not new information.

  2. It maybe new information to you personally, but Hamas been known to operate in the West Bank for decades now. Sometimes in opposition, or cooperation, often in-between, with the PA.

  7. Nothing new. Hamas, PIJ, plenty of groups based in Gaza are known to operate openly or semi-openly in the West Bank. Sometimes the PA stops them, sometimes, they turn a blind eye.
