  2. Whenever somebody says advocates for "social justice" you know that they are planning to inflict real injustice on people. Democracy is dependent on being able to trust the vote count. With the irregularities in the counting such as when the republican observers were not allowed to be close enough to read the ballots means that the count can not be trusted. Rule of Law means that only the people that the constitution states can make and modify the election rules are the only ones that make and modify election rules. In the USofA that means only the state legislatures can. Judges and Secretaries of State can not but in at least some of the states with disputed outcomes judges or the state Secretary of State did modify the rules. President Trump is using the means of disputing questionable election outcomes that the law of the land spells out. Those that are insisting that President Trump accept the questionable outcomes without a fight are the ones violating rule of law. Nobody is president elect of the USofA until the election is over which it is not until the Electoral College votes and gives one candidate at least 270 votes. Failing that the the Constitution requires a done in the federal House of Representatives. Assuming that Biden wins he still has no say in how the country is run until he takes office on January 20, 2021. Giving a man that sold access to foreign governments and criminals using his son as the middleman information about what the current government is doing before it is known that he will be the next President would be stupid.
