  1.  @duncanmcgee13  Leave the bolt unlocked.

  2.  @duncanmcgee13  When the bolt is unlocked pulling the trigger has no effect on it so only the locked bolt drops the firing pin and only one chamber fires.

  3. I think a bullet extractor on the rifle would be a better idea.
